Jenny Lea Academy of Cosmetology students learn all aspects of the Cosmetology field using the MiLady training system. The program taught is called Milady Standard Cosmetology 2012 Edition and the course books used are The Essential Companion (Study Guide) and Exam Review (Click on the Consumer Disclosure link for ISBN for these books). You will be well trained in an assortment of cosmetology fundamentals including the following:
- Hair-cutting & Hair-styling
- Basic Makeup Application
- Facial Waxing
- Manicure & Pedicures
- Color Application
- Chemical Hair Treatments
- Salon Business
The program is 1800 hours; 12-14 months at a cost of $10,260 for tuition, $1,200 for books and supplies and $100 registration fee.*
Full-time Class Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Part-time Class Schedule: Thursday – Saturday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
